Having visited over 40 countries and lived in 4, I identify myself as a global citizen. Throughout my travels and experiences as an expat, I often felt the loneliness of hotel rooms and suffered from the lack of services in rented flats.
I decided to found REZIDENT as a solution for all those out there searching for a home away from home. Having started with 3 flats in Bucharest, we now manage over 25 apartments across Romania.
As a sociable person, talking to people and making friends are like my second nature, so hosting came as a natural choice. Thus, I can’t wait for you to be my guest!

Situated in a beautiful historical building, on one of Bucharest's main boulevards, REZIDENT Balcescu flats are an oasis to retreat in from the busy streets of the capital. A pearl for the art & nightlife aficionados, the location is just minutes away from what Bucharest has best to offer.
Victoriei Avenue and the Old City are nearby, boasting amazing restaurants, bars, cafes and great shopping spots. Only 5 minutes away from Piata Romana and 2 minutes away from the University Square and the National Theatre, you couldn’t be closer to the vibrant city centre.
REZIDENT Eminescu is where the story began. The building was constructed during the communist regime for foreign diplomats, so the flats are extremely spacious and bright, with floor length windows.
The flats are 5 minutes away from Piata Romana and its Underground station, connecting you to every corner of the city. It is also within walking distance from Piata Dorobanti with all its cool cafes and restaurants, as well as the awesome shopping spots on Calea Dorobanti.
REZIDENT Tomis Marina is located in the old town of Constanta, a neighborhood with a rich history. This corner of the city is renowned for its fascinating architecture and tourist attractions, as well as its vibrant atmosphere, mediterranean-style restaurants, and elegant terraces.
With special attention to detail, each apartment combines functionality with aesthetics, creating a pleasant and comfortable space, ideal for vacations or business trips. From the balconies of Rezident, guests can admire an impressive view of the marina or our garden.
REZIDENT Eforie Nord is amazingly located on the shore of the Black Sea and has probably one of the best sea views on the Romanian Riviera. Luxurious and extremely spacious, it is perfect for some time off at the Sea Side.
The seafront balconies make enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail outside a highlight. The beach is right outside the complex and so is the Yacht Marina.
REZIDENT Corbu is located at the entrance to the wild beach of Corbu, protected by the Danube Delta Reserve, a few kilometers from Navodari. The place has a unique energy and offers an authentic experience in the middle of nature.
Our rooms offer a wonderful view of the sea or a picturesque garden view. Just a few steps from the accommodation you can enjoy fresh local seafood dishes at the fishery.
