- To protect the floors, please remove your shoes upon entering.
- Please do not smoke in the room or in the building hallways.
- Please keep noise at a level that will not disturb other guests.
- To help prevent humidity from building up in the room, please open the window to air it out.
- Please avoid damaging the bed linen, towels, mattresses, furniture, or any other items in the room.
- We love pets; however, our property is not pet-friendly.
- Please help us maintain an environmentally friendly approach by turning off the lights, electrical appliances, and the heating/air conditioning system when leaving the room.
- The waste disposal area is located outside, in the building courtyard, towards the main entrance gate. Please sort your waste and recycle it according to the designated bin for each type of waste.

Arriving from Eforie Nord Railway Station
GPS: Set your final destination to REZIDENT Villa Eforie 2&3. It is located 2 km from the railway station, approximately a 6-minute drive away. You may also choose to use Bolt or Uber to reach the property.
Parking
Our property does not have private parking. Public parking is available on Marii Street, right next to the property's fence.
Access to Villas 2&3
To reach the villas, enter through the main gate on Marii Street. Please note that our property consists of two separate villas, Villa 2&3. Please proceed to the villa where your room number is displayed next to the entrance.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
