HOUSE RULES


We want REZIDENT to feel like a second home for you, and we kindly ask you to treat the room as if it were your own:

  • To protect the floors, please take off your shoes at the entrance.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the room or in the hallways of the building.
  • Please keep noise at a level that does not disturb other guests.
  • To prevent humidity, we kindly ask you to open the window and air out the room.
  • Please avoid damaging the linens, towels, mattresses, furniture, or other room elements.
  • We love pets – our entire property is pet-friendly.
  • Please help us maintain an eco-friendly attitude by switching off the lights, electrical devices, heating, or air conditioning whenever you leave the room.
  • The garbage disposal area is located outside the building, near the gate leading to the exit. Please separate your waste and recycle according to the dedicated bins.

TRANSPORT INFO

Arriving from Eforie Nord Train Station

GPS: Set your final destination as REZIDENT Villa Eforie. Our location is right on “Azur” beach, about 2 km from the train station, roughly a 6-minute drive. You can also use Bolt or Uber services to reach us.

Parking

Our property offers private parking inside the complex as well as public parking on Strada Marii.

  • Private parking is located right after entering through the “Plaja Azur” archway. You may use any available space in the marked parking area.
  • Public parking is available on Strada Marii, on the right-hand side.

Access to the Villa

To reach the villa, enter through the same “Plaja Azur” archway. Villa Eforie is located at the end, straight ahead, following the internal road. Please note that our building has 3 separate entrance doors, each leading to 2 rooms. Kindly go to the door marked with your room number.

Our rooms are located on Strada Marii, by “Azur” beach.

  • Check-in time: 16:00
  • Check-out time: 10:00
